Evesham Swimming Club Crowned Nuneaton League Division 2 Champions

Evesham Swimming Club are celebrating after being crowned 2026 Nuneaton League Division 2 Champions, following a fantastic final on Saturday afternoon.
ESC finished the final with an impressive 316 points, securing first place and bringing a brilliant league campaign to a fitting conclusion.
The Nuneaton League gives some of our younger swimmers the opportunity to race as part of a team, with every swim contributing valuable points towards the overall result.
Throughout the rounds, our swimmers have raced hard, supported one another and shown exactly the kind of team spirit we love to see at ESC.
Saturday’s final was no exception. There was some fantastic racing in the pool and plenty of noise and encouragement from poolside as the team gave everything right through to the final race.
ESC competed alongside Cheadle, Solihull, Wyre Forest, Nuneaton & Bedworth B, Lichfield, Wolverhampton and Perry Beeches. Congratulations and well done to all eight teams who took part and helped make the final such an exciting afternoon of swimming.
While the final result is certainly something to celebrate, this league win belongs to every swimmer who has represented ESC throughout the competition. Every race and every point across the different rounds has contributed to the final result.
A huge thank you must also go to Head Coach Harry Myers and the ESC coaching team, our team managers, officials and volunteers, as well as the parents and supporters who have cheered the swimmers on throughout the league.
Winning Division 2 is a fantastic achievement for our young team and a wonderful reward for all their hard work, commitment and team spirit.

316 points. Division 2 Champions. Congratulations, Team ESC! ❤️💙
