Team Galas:

At Evesham Swimming Club we enter a range of team based competitions. Our swimmers love competing as a team and it is a really good way for the swimmers to come together and enjoy competing for success.

SWIMGAINZ JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE

​

  • This competition is for Club Train & Club Compete members.

  • Ages 9-14 (Age on 30th June in the year of the competition).

  • 8 year olds can be selected too if needed.

  • Traditionally 4 rounds (January, March, April & May).

  • A or B Final in June.

  • Galas are held in external pools.

NUNEATON JUNIOR LEAGUE

  • This competition is for Club Compete members ONLY.

  • Ages 9-12 (Age on a date is the second Saturday in September each year).

  • Competition is made up of three divisions.

  • Traditionally 3 rounds (April, May & June).

  • Divisional Final in September (2nd Saturday).

  • Galas are held in external pools.

NATIONAL ARENA JUNIOR SWIMMING LEAGUE

  • This competition is for Club Compete members ONLY.

  • Ages 9-12 (Age on a date is 31st December of the year of the competition).

  • Categories are 9-10, 11 & 12.

  • Results are generated Virtually.

  • Traditionally 3 rounds (May, June & July).

  • For the past two years we have joined up with Worcester Swimming Club to hold each round.

  • Galas are held at Evesham Leisure Centre OR Perdiswell Leisure Centre.

NATIONAL ARENA SWIMMING LEAGUE

  • This competition is for Club Compete members ONLY.

  • Ages 9-OPEN (Age on a date is 31st December of the year of the competition).

  • Categories are 9-11, 12/13, 14/15, 16+

  • Traditionally 3 rounds (October, November & December).

  • Teams are split into 3 Divisions and we compete in the West Midland Region.

  • Galas are held externally.

ESC INTERNAL HOUSE GALA

​

  • ALL ESC members are assigned a House Team.

  • House teams: Ackland, Brodie, Deakins, Golding & Lee. 

  • All ages through to OPEN (Age on a date is 31st December of the year of the competition)

  • Categories are 8/under, 9-10, 11/12, 13/14, 15+

  • Usually held in Feb & September.
