Well done to all the swimmers who competed on Saturday at PGL West Bromwich. We were over the moon to see first places from Daniel Jones, Tom Davies, Henry Jackson, Sian Simms & Daisy Gregg. We had some speeding tickets – and whilst they don’t give us points (booooooo), they do show us who the fast swimmers are!
Thanks too, to all those who swam with us competitively for the first time. It was great to see you take the next step on your swimming journey.
Saturday night did highlight a few areas of weakness for us, most notably in relay takeovers. We’ll be working in those areas in the next few weeks, along with time trials and competitive starts, which will hopefully start on Saturday this week.
