Great session Sunday no talking, no walking, no stopping look how much training you all did. Lets do the same every session and see those PBs one up.
Superb 3hrs 30 of TTs last night session ran like clockwork. Big thanks to Cindy and Lis and all time keepers, Jonathan, Dave and Andy starting and sorting lane order. Anyone observing that session could not fail to be impressed by its operation.
